Masum conducted fact finding

        upon the following cases in the  month of October 2009 : -

  1.  Killing fields of  BSF: not spared a minor from minority and

        economically marginalized community

  2.  State failed to provide Constitutional guarantees to minors: but

       thrashing them in Police Custody   

  3.  Eviction without rehabilitation: an act against humanity

  4.  Does BSF have any authority to regulate one’s occupation?

  5.  Shibajit Mondal in custody after receiving bullet injury of  BSF  personnel

        without any medical care by State

  6.  BSF is outrageous to the modesty of girls and women

  7.  BSF’s proclamations of encounters in most of the cases are fake encounters

  8.  Police indifference on abduction of Indian citizens

  9.   NHRC guidelines on encounters violated copiously by the State parties
